Another busy month and some great variety in the sign and graphics projects we were involved with in October, including a trip to Edinburgh to survey a cruise ship – but no cruise included unfortunately!
Cambridge Corn Exchange
More signage work at a regular client, the Cambridge Corn Exchange. We installed directional and wayfinding signage along with easel signs, both front of house and back stage.
This is a truly awesome venue and has played host to a stellar line up of bands and artists down the years. We thought we’d also show you a snippet of the back stage stairwell mural timeline showing what a great history and heritage this place has – this was not our work but is brilliant all the same!
Always a pleasure to work for Addenbookes, this time we were brightening up the walls up in the Addenbrookes Oncology department with wall mural prints and raised graphic panels.
Off Cruising (we wish!)
An interesting trip to Edinburgh for some of the Footprint team with a full signage survey on board one of Fred Olsens cruise ships, with a quick turnaround in the docks in Edinburgh. Survey all completed and off the ship in time for her outbound journey – meaning we missed the cruise, more’s the pity! Maybe next time?…
A fantastic project with site signage, wayfinding signs and building graphics at TWI for the Conference Centre in Cambridge, with 11 direction signs followed by 2 centre piece monolith tray signs. We worked alongside Waters & Northfield, construction and renovation specialists who created the fantastic looking base brick work, custom created to perfectly seat the metal panels.
