Meet the Team

Our team are trained to provide a full range of signage and graphics services, including design, fabrication and installation of all types of office and retail signage, building signs, wayfinding and external signs, monolith signs, digitally printed wall murals and floor graphics, vehicle graphics and van wrapping and much more.

The Footprint Sign and Graphics team has a broad range of experience and is focussed on excellent outcomes for our customers.  We aim to add value to projects with our creative ideas, advising on the appropriate materials and helping manage the budget for a project.

	Bradley Bradley has joined the team with a background in design and an ambition to see creative input turned into customer satisfaction with the finished job.  Keen to apply design flair to the vinyl skills being quickly expanded Bradley has made a great start with Footprint and is already involved in the process from start to finish.
	Stuart Managing Director Stuart has a wealth of experience from a career in the corporate world and more recently owning and running his own businesses. One of his goals is to expand some of the services on offer from Footprint to help customers integrate their brand and desugn ideas in to more than just the signage.  Larger projects and particularly commercial property refurbishment projects are of particular interest.  The idea of recycling rather than replacing can be a great cost saver for business without settling for a poorer quality outcome or impact.  We are always keen to discuss so come and meet us in our studio at the unit on Clifton Road. Stuart enjoys sport and despite his age still remains as active as he can! Enjoying golf, the gym, ski-ing and walking. Married with a teenage daughter, a dog and chickens, family life is as important as business.
	Nigel Nigel has worked within the signage industry for a number of years, an all rounder having sold his own successful Sign business whilst gaining valuable experience in sales marketing, operations and management. Enjoys the signage projects with challenging creativity, converting corporate branding into signage, driving business development and understanding how new materials can be implemented in to projects to either benefit the environmental impact or improve performance.  Nigel works closely with clients on larger projects to ensure the right solutions are specified and that the end results are as impressive as they can be.  Important to know, also a fan of Liverpool FC and pickled onion monster munch!
	Oscar Oscar is the leader of the production team and having worked for the Company since leaving college has a wealth of knowledge about how we have developed as a business and what customers have had what services over the years. He’s involved in all aspects of production and installation but specialises in applying vehicle graphics and architectural wrap solutions.  Oscar is instrumental in developing our improved production processes and works closely with Stuart and Nigel as part of the management team.
	Vacancy – Senior Sign & Graphics Team Member The Role As part of a highly motivated team your duties will vary from day to day; · Operating large format printers, laminators and plotters, preparing vinyl graphics and print, applying vinyl and prints to sign panels and vehicles. · Required to go to site and do installs yourself or as part of a team. · Involvement with organising the work schedule and the wider management of the team will be part of the role. · Supporting development of the team and continued development of knowledge and skills in a changing work environment is considered standard practice. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of the Cambridge market and the surrounding region.  Do get in touch if this opportunity is of interest, we can provide appropriate training to get the right candidate up to speed quickly. Key Skills · Minimum 3 years industry experience · Experience in setting and operating large format printers, HP Latex / Mimaki · Experience in Adobe Creative Suite · Vinyl and graphics application knowledge · IPAF &; PASMA certificates would be beneficial · On-site installation experience · Dedicated to providing a high-quality end product for the customer · Hard working and willing to learn new techniques · Ability to work well within in a team as well as under your own initiative · Management or supervisory experience is beneficial · Knowledge of Clarity or other CRM system would be advantageous · Good communication skills, able to deal with clients in a professional manner · Full UK driving license needed for visiting clients Call 01223 608082 for more details
